I agree totally with this post. Nothing is ever gained without hard work as we all know. But when we are the ones putting in the hard work, it's really painful! Thanks for this post. Helen
Oh, ugh, I am so sorry to hear about your shoulder! I had the same affliction and went through the PT, did the exercises, and a year later I am thankful to tell you that I have regained a full range of motion in that shoulder. ❤️
